Preview of issue 9/25 of Limes: a journey through the maps of the Mare Nostrum

The Israeli-Palestinian war, the Russo-Ukrainian war, and the Red Sea crisis are affecting the balance of the Mediterranean. The Mare Nostrum, once a strategic hub and a gateway to the oceans, is turning into a closed sea, radically transforming the central role it has played throughout history. By exploring Limes’ geopolitical maps, we will analyze the challenges posed by these grave international crises.
