Curators’ Walks is a program of guided tours led by the Curator or a member of the Curatorial Team through all dimensions of the exhibition project Terrae aquae. Italy and the Intelligence of the Sea, presented at the Italian Pavilion of the 19th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia.
Open to both Italian and international audiences, the initiative offers visitors a direct insight into the curatorial work and represents a concrete opportunity to delve into the theoretical and design content of the exhibition, fostering an open dialogue with the research that guided the conception and development of the Pavilion. Participating in a Curators’ Walks session offers the chance to experience the exhibition in a more conscious and engaging way, within a space of open exchange on the central themes of the contemporary Mediterranean, through a thoughtful approach to the projects, visions, and all the contributions that animate the exhibition.
The proposed schedule is as follows:
June 13 – Curatorial Team. Start times: 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM
June 20 – Curator. Start time: 12:00 PM (one session)
June 29 – Curatorial Team. Start times: 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM
Guided tours in English can be arranged upon request. In such cases, an additional session will be scheduled, or the group will be split into two visits led by two team members, 30 minutes apart, to avoid overlapping between the Italian and English tours.
